Nick Clarke (first tenor) (b. 1943, U.S.A.)

William Dempsey (second tenor)

William 'Dice' Galloway (baritone) (b. 1933, Manhattan, U.S.A. d. 18th July 2017, Hough's Neck, Quincy, Massachussetts, U.S.A.)

Billy Brown (bass) (d. 1957, U.S.A.)

Curtis Cherebin

Bernard J. 'Jimmy' Beckum (b. 22nd February 1930, U.S.A. d 7th February 2001, U.S.A.)

and

Raoul J. Cita (pianist / arranger) (b. 11th February 1928, New York City, New York, U.S.A.)

The Harptones were an R&B Doo Wop vocal group.

Their hits included the Top 40 singles 'A Sunday Kind of Love', 'Life Is But a Dream', and 'Memories of You'.

Dice Galloway was drafted in November 1954. He passed away in 2017.

Billy Brown died of a drug overdose in spring 1957.
